Our Mission

High Five

When people feel heard, understood, and able to express themselves with confidence, relationships flourish and wellbeing improves. We believe that by helping people communicate with greater empathy, awareness, and authenticity, we can contribute to a more connected and compassionate society.

Listening with Impact is a weekend workshop designed by Justyna and Kelly to provide individuals with the necessary counselling skills to enhance interpersonal connections, whether in professional or personal environment.

A key part of what makes this workshop so special is the dynamic facilitation by Justyna and Kelly. Having worked together for several years, teaching counselling across levels 3 to 6, we bring a wealth of experience, unique qualities, and a commitment to excellence, that we are excited to share with the public. Together, we create an engaging and supportive space that ensures every participant feels valued and satisfied.

Our work is like ikigai, the Japanese concept of finding fulfilment at the intersection of what we love, what we’re good at, and what the world needs. We believe that our passion can support many individuals and improve lives.

We are excited to have you with us on this training, where you’ll gain fundamental counselling skills and build confidence in navigating conversations with others. Together, we’ll take meaningful steps toward improving your communication and relationships.
